Freedom 1 st FCU is committed to meeting the banking needs of all our customers, including those with disabilities. The following information is provided for those who may require special assistance to access Freedom 1 st FCU products and services.

In Person
All branch locations are wheelchair accessible. Our location offers a drive-up teller window and drive-up ATM.

Freedom 1 st FCU strives to comply with best practices and standards as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. All pages are monitored through a W3C compliant validation product, currently Siteimprove™. We will continue to test the site and work to improve the level of accessibility.

At an ATM
Our Freedom 1 st drive up ATM has braille controls and a headphone jack to provide spoken instructions to help guide you through your transaction(s).
